stayfree1776.com is operated by Stay Free 1776, an ICG brand based in California. “We,” “us” and “our” mean Stay Free 1776.
Made-to-order products
Our products are printed and made to order by our production partners, Printful and Apliiq, after you check out. Product photos are mockups, so colors and print placement can vary slightly from what you see on screen, and sizing can vary slightly between styles. Check the Size Guide and product details before you order.
Prices and availability
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We work to keep prices, descriptions and availability accurate, but mistakes can happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Checkout and payments are handled by Shopify and the payment provider you choose; we never see or store your full card number. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or can’t ship to your address. If we do, we’ll refund you in full.
Shipping, returns and replacements
Production times, delivery estimates, cancellations, and how we handle damaged, misprinted, defective and lost items are covered on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms. Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or the wrong size.
Order tracking
You can check your orders by signing in with your email through Track Order. You’re responsible for keeping your email account secure.
Our designs and content
The Stay Free 1776 name, designs, graphics, photos and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. Buying a product doesn’t give you any rights to its design.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, scraping it, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything illegal. We may block access for anyone who does.
Disclaimers
The site and our products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after we post them here.
